The syntax of the octet string describing the equipment reporting the error is determined by the NE family.
FOX61x family is «/CCC/PPP (LLL)» where
CCC is the Card name
PPP is the subunit (if any)
LLL is the layer name (if applicable)
e.g. «/unit-9/port-1 (E&M(4-Wire))»
FOX51x family is «CCC<S>PPP NNN / LLL» where
CCC is the Card name
S is the slot number
PPP is the subunit
NNN is the subunit label (if any)
LLL is the layer name (if applicable)
e.g. «MEGIF <12> 2Mbits-1 to Europe / E12»
System NE is «III/NNN» where
III is the NE index
NNN is the NE name
e.g. «5/Berlin»

Please note: 
Not every alarm follows these syntax rules.
When writing on a read-write object, the system may reject the request because of a possible semantic incoherence resulting from that operation. If this occurs it raises a «genErr» and does not modify the object.
