Regardless of the number of user accounts currently installed on your workstations, the chances are high that new ones will need to be created at some time, e.g. with the arrival of a new member of staff.

If your FOXMAN‑UN system consists of multiple workstations, you should install the user accounts via Active Directory (AD) integration to distribute them to all your workstations. This eliminates the need to create the same account separately on each workstation, and also means that you can use the same password and home directory regardless of where you log in.
